complying the conditions regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said conditions.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has not been complying the conditions regularly. 4.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition deserves dismissal and accordingly dismissed.
