Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner's husband was employed in the respondent Corporation. He retired from service on 31.02.2020. He passed away on 20.08.2020. The petitioner is now getting family pension. But for the months of August and September 2020, she was not paid any family pension. The petitioner seeks family pension for the aforesaid period.

3. No exception can be taken to the said request. The respondents are directed to provide the pension amount payable to the petitioner for the months of August and September 2020. This amount shall be paid within a period of 2/4
