JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) This writ appeal is filed challenging the order of the learned Single Judge directing the appellant to register the document presented 1/3

by the respondent herein holding that since the plot has been approved as early as in the year 1981, the refusal check slip issued by the appellant cannot be sustained.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that, pursuant to the order passed by the learned Single Judge, the document in question has already been registered by the registering authority. 3.In view of the above submission, no further adjudication is required in this writ appeal. Accordingly, this writ appeal is dismissed. The Sub Registrar /appellant is directed to release the registered document to the respondent, if the same is not the subjected to the proceedings under Section 47-A of the Indian Stamp Act. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
