This Civil Revision petition is filed for an early disposal of O.S.No.311 of 2018, on the file of the Subordinate Court, Sivagangai, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondents/plaintiffs filed a suit for a declaration as against the petitioner and other defendants. On completion of pleadings and examination of PW 1 and PW 2, the petitioner/Defendant No.5 has changed his counsel and filed an application for recalling PW 1 and PW 2, for the purpose of further examination and the same is still pending. The learned counsel further submits that the application is not yet 2/4

numbered and he requests this Court to issue a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Sivagangai to dispose of the said application. 3.Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to dispose of this Civil Revision Petition, with a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Sivagangai to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner for recalling PW 1 and PW 2, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
