This criminal original petition has been filed seeking the relief to call for the records pertaining to the order dated 31.08.2018, passed by the first respondent herein in Reference No.A2/MC 22/2013 and quash the same as against the petitioners.

2. Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, made a submission as already the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.21132 of 2018 impugned proceedings initiated in No.A2/MC 22/2013, dated 31.08.2018, had been enquired and thereafter, the same has been closed. The said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) is recorded.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), no further order is required in this petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
