The grievance of the petitioner is that he has applied for patta with regard to certain omitted portions of the land through rectification deed and the same has not been considered by the respondents.

2.Today(13.02.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the application of the petitioner is not available with them. If the petitioner submits a fresh application for patta, through e-seva service, it would be considered within the reasonable time.

3.Considering the fact that this writ petition is pending from the year 2016 and recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to submit a fresh application through e-seva service for grant of patta and on such 2/4

filing of an application by the petitioner, the same shall be considered by the respondents, in accordance with law, depending upon the rights of the petitioner, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
