This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 2nd respondent to file the final report in crime No.745 of 2017 dated 20.07.2017 on the file of the 2nd respondent police. 2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the 2nd respondent registered a case in crime No.745 of 2017 and after due investigation, he filed the charge sheet and the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No.395 of 2018 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.4, Madurai.

3.Recording the same, this criminal original petition is closed.
