ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

2. The petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the respondent Police. The petitioner states that he is running an Ayurvedic SPA in the petition mentioned address. The petitioner has obtained licence and has employed qualified therapists. In similar cases, the principal seat issued a number of orders forbearing the police authorities from conducting any raid or interfering with the business carried on by the petitioners on routine basis without any justification.

3. So long as the petitioner does not indulge in any illegal or unlawful activity, the respondents shall not interfere with the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
