ORDER

The prayer made in this Writ Petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent Bank to permit the petitioner to re-open his company namely, Manickam Appalam and chips company comprised in Survey No.482 (Part), situated at Madakkulam Village, bearing Corporation Ward 100, Town Survey Ward XXII, Survey Block 22, Survey Field No.86, Byekara, Muthuramalingapuram 7th Street, Madurai. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the Bank with a proposal for having One Time Settlement, for which, the learned counsel appearing for the Bank agrees to consider the same in the manner known to law.
