3. When these writ petitions came up for hearing on 12.11.2024, a request was made on behalf of the petitioner seeking adjournment. Therefore, the matters were adjourned to 14.11.2024. However, both the writ petitions were listed only on 02.01.2025 and on that day, there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, the matters were directed to be listed on 06.01.2025 under the caption "For Dismissal". Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, both the writ petitions are dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
