ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide police protection to the petitioner from the respondents 4 and 5 on the petitioner's complaint dated 24.09.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, CSR No.204 of 2024 came to be registered and is pending for enquiry. He would further submit that the petitioner has not furnished the particulars of the other side shown in his complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is working as Area Manager in Muthoot Micro Fin Ltd., that the petitioner has lodged a complaint against the Divisional Manager/fourth respondent and the Regional Manager/fifth respondent of Muthoot Micro Fin Ltd. and that the respondents 4 and 5 have been 2/4

threatening the petitioner to pay the amount so as to clear the target.

4. Recording the submissions made on either side, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as to the private respondents and conduct enquiry and take a decision within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
