This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent from interfering with the civil dispute which is subject matter pending in O.S.No.105 of 2016 on the file of the District Munsif, Palani.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the case under challenge had been disposed of by the trial court. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.
