To call for the records in connection with the Judgment passed by the Learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District @ Srivilliputtur in C.A.No.74 of 2018 dated 15.09.2023 by confirming the judgment passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Sattur in STC No.834 of 2009 dated 12.06.2018 and set aside the same.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.N.SATHISH BABU, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- 1/3

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.1625 of 2024 in Crl.R.C.(MD) No.1206 of 2023, dated 13.02.2024. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly for the past seven months.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also perused the records. 4.Since the Criminal Revision case is pending and also the fact that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions only from December 2023, this Court is not inclined to relax the conditions. 5.The petition is dismissed accordingly.
