The wife, who is facing the proceedings for dissolution of marriage in O.S.No.10 of 2019, on the file of the Family Court, Salem, seeks transfer of the same to Family Court, Madurai.

2. A perusal of the petition shows that the husband is a resident of Salem and wife is a resident of Madurai. It is also seen that the wife is having a custody of minor child aged about three years.

3. Considering the fact that the wife is to take care of the minor child also, I deem it fit to transfer O.S.No.10 of 2019 on the file of the Family Court, Salem to the file of Family Court, Madurai to be disposed of in accordance with law.

4. Hence, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the proceedings in O.S.No.10 of 2019 is withdrawn from the file of the Family Court, Salem and transferred to the file of Family Court, Madurai. The Family Court, Salem is directed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Tr.C.M.P(MD)No.445 of 2019 transmit the papers to the Family Court, Madurai, forthwith. However, there will be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
