2. When the matters are taken up, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 submits that the impugned proceedings have been kept in abeyance for the present. 3/6

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners therefore submits that the writ petitions may be disposed of by recording the statement of the learned counsel for the respondents 2 and 3 with liberty to the petitioners to approach this Court as and when fresh proceedings are initiated.

4. The submissions of the learned counsel for the respondents 2 and 3 that the impugned proceedings have been kept in abeyance for the present is recorded.

5. In view of the submissions of the learned counsels, these writ petitions are disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to approach this Court as and when fresh proceedings are initiated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
