ORDER

The present writ petition is filed for Writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to cancel the security bond executed by the petitioner in favour of the Subordinate Judge, Ramanathapuram at Madurai in respect of OP No.102/1978 in document No. 250/ 1979 executed on 05/01/1979 on the file of the sub Register, Sattur Taluk, Viruthunagar District, on the basis of his representation dated 04/09/2023.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.09.2023 and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
