O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for quashment of FIR in Crime No.165 of 2019 dated 08.09.2019 registered against the petitioner for the offence punishable under Sections 379 IPC and 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents Police submits that the investigation is already completed and the charge sheet is filed in C.C.No.1630 of 2022.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents Police, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the charge sheet, if he is so advised. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
