Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court S-12. to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order or Direction particularly in the nature of Writ, directing the respondents to settle my surrender leave salary for 90 days in respect of the years 2010-2011, 2011-2012, 2012-2013, 2013-2014, 2014-2015 and 2015-2016 together with interest at the rate of 18 percentage per annum payable from the date for retirement to till the date of actual payment, and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

2. Thus, the contempt petition stands closed. If at all any other grievances exist in respect of the calculation or otherwise made by the respondents, it is left open to him to approach the competent authorities for verification or rectification as the case may be.
