Prayer:Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to absorb the petitioner as permanent Sub staff in Corporation Bank in terms of HO Circular No.465 of 2013, dated 08.08.2013 with effect from 29.05.1989, with all other consequential benefits.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to absorb the petitioner as permanent sub staff in Corporation Bank, in terms of HO Circular No.465 of 2013, dated 08.08.2013 with effect from 29.05.1989, with all other consequential benefits.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court may issue a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 10.09.2016, within the reasonable time as fixed by this Court.

3. The learned Standing counsel appearing for the third respondent would submit that the Circular No.465 of 2013, dated 08.08.2013, is not applicable to the petitioner. However, the petitioner's representation, dated 10.09.2016, will be considered in accordance with law.

4. Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 10.09.2016 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, these Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
