ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the Respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the Petitioner and her husband.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the Respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the Petitioner's son namely Esakkiraja is arrived as A5 in Crime No.156 of 2022 for the offences U/s.109, 147, 294(b), 302 and 506(i) of IPC.

3. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner by way of rejoinder submitted that the petition in Crl.O.P(MD) No.19079 of 2022 filed by the son of the Petitioner is pending and the co-accused was granted Bail by the learned Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli District. 4.In view of the above submission, the Petitioner is directed to co-operate with the pending enquiry. The Respondents 1 to 3 are also directed to follow the guidelines issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the case of Lalitha Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh reported in 2013 (6) CTC 353.

5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
