ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to proceed against the Contemnors/ Respondents for wanton and willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court made in W.P(MD)No.6828 of 2022, dated 12.04.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3 As the earlier time slot given has been exhausted, the petitioner has to file a fresh application for registration.

4. This Court directs the petitioner to file an on-line application as per the procedures and after uploading the documents for registration, approach the authorities in person and on the date itself, the authorities are directed to verify and accept the same for registration, if the papers are otherwise in order. After the registration process, the authority shall return the same immediately as per the Rules. 2/4

5. With the above direction, the Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
