(MD) No. 10793 of 2021 in Crl.O.P. (MD) No. 19306 of 2021 in Crime No. 60 of 2021 imposed on the petitioenr from reporting before this respondent police to any other Police Station at Cumbum or else before the respondent police to any other Police Station at Cumbum or else before any of the Court below at Uthamapalayam, Theni District.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.YASMIN BEGUM, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.MEENAKSHI SUNDARAM, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Interim bail was granted to the petitioner for the purpose of taking care of the father of the petitioner. The condition 7(b) imposed on the petitioner is that the petitioner to report before the respondent police i.e., the Inspector of Police, S.S.Colony, Madurai City. Since he is residing at Cumbum and admitted his father in Chinnamanur Hospital, he is unable to comply the condition by travelling to Madurai City. CRL MP(MD) No.11738 of 2021 2.Considering the location of the father of the petitioner, the condition 7(b) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, North Police Station, Cumbum, daily at 10.30 a.m. till the period of the above said interim bail.
