This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent to complete the investigation and to file final report in crime No.44 of 2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the 2nd respondent registered a case in crime No.44 of 2015 and since the 2nd respondent did not file the final report, the same was closed under 468 Cr.P.C. on 12.06.2018 itself by the learned jurisdictional Magistrate. 3.Recording the same, this criminal original petition is closed.
