ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed as against the order passed in I.A.No.47 of 2024 in I.A.No.352 of 2022 in O.S.No.94 of 2022 dated 15.07.2025 on the file of the Additional District Court, Ramanathapuram. 1/4

2.Since no adverse order is going to be passed in this Civil Revision petition as against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that though the petitioner has sought for larger relief in this Civil Revision Petition, this Court without adverting to the merits of the matter, may direct the trial Court to dispose the suit within the time stipulated by this Court.

3.Considering the limited request made by the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the trial Court to dispose the suit in O.S.No.94 of 2022 within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
