ORDER

This Writ petition is filed challenging the communication issued by the 4th respondent, dated 06.04.2016.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the prayer sought for by the petitioner was granted and the same was disbursed with monetary benefits, subsequently, the petitioner died in the year 2021. Thereafter, the petitioner's wife is receiving the family pension. The above facts evident from the communication of the Tashildar, dated 08.03.2023 in Na.Ka.Aa.1/002/2023. 2/4

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
