ORDER

This petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.08.2018 and consequently, forbearing the respondent from levying double the property tax, in respect of petitioner school and to issue the Sanitary Certificate within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. A perusal of the affidavits filed in support of the writ petitions in W.P(MD)Nos.23700 of 2018 and 6345 of 2023 would show that identical reliefs have been sought for by just changing the date of representation only. Since W.P.(MD)No.6345 of 2023 is later in point of time, the Writ Petition in W.P.(MD)No.23700 of 2018 is dismissed. No costs. 14.06.2023 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No cp
