There is no representation for the petitioner.

2. In this quash petition, the petitioner has sought for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry on the complaint filed by the third respondent herein.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the first and second respondents would submit that the enquiry is pending before the second respondent on the complaint given by the third respondent; that the enquiry would be concluded within a period of two weeks; and that the petitioner has not been harassed in any manner.

4. In view of the above submission and undertaking, the second respondent shall conclude the enquiry and take a decision either to register the First Information Report or close the same within a period of two weeks from today. Pending enquiry, if the petitioner's presence is required, the second respondent shall issue summons to the petitioner for appearance.

5. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
