ORDER

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that this Petition had been filed seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second Respondent to issue No Objection Certificate to run and to forbear the Respondents 1 and 2 from interfering with peaceful conduct of business at "Olive Ayurvedic Centre" at No. 7/11, Master Plan Complex, Vairam Complex, Near Theni Register Office, Theni. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that when the Petitioner appeared before the second Respondent, the Petitioner had not furnished the certificates regarding the qualification to maintain a Ayurvedic Centre.

3.In the light of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Petitioner is directed to gave a fresh representation to the second Respondent along with proper certificates regarding his qualification to run or maintain a Ayurvedic Centre. The second Respondent is directed to consider the representation/application of the Petitioner, if he furnished with proper certificates regarding his qualification in Ayurvedha or any other similar Health Science and shall pass appropriate orders within a reasonable period of one month from 2/4

the date of receipt of a representation given by the Petitioner. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
