second respondent DEO/DEEO for the academic years 2015 - 2016 and 2016 - 2017 dated 15.02.2016 and 12.06.2017 respectively insofar as it renders one post of Secondary Grade Teacher in the petitioner school as Surplus and the consequential impugned proceedings issued by the first respondent vide Na.Ka.No. 1516/A4/2018 dated 11.09.2018 refusing to grant approval to the transfer of Sr.J.Arul Mary as Secondary Grade Teacher in the petitioner school is concerned, quash the same and further direct the first respondent to forthwith approve the appointment by way of transfer of Sr.J.Arul Mary as Secondary Grade Teacher in the petitioner w.e.f. The date of her transfer viz., 07.06.2016 with Salary and all consequential benefits.
