The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition, challenging the Sale Notice dated 23.11.2021, issued by the respondent Authorised Officer, Tamilnadu Mercantile Bank, Tirunelveli, and consequently directing the respondent to adhere the statutory procedure laid down in the SARFAESI Act and Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002.

Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the matter has become infructuous.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed.
