This Writ Petition had been filed, challenging the order of the 1st respondent, dated 19.10.2016, where the request of the petitioner not to register the document has been rejected and it is indicated that the petitioner may be at liberty to file appropriate civil proceedings. 2.The said order is in conformity with the recent judgment of this Court in the case of N.Ramayee Vs. Sub Registrar, Registration Department and another reported in 2020 (6) CTC 697. Hence, there is no necessity to interfere with the order impugned in this Writ Petition. 3.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
