ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a direction to transfer the proceedings of the District Social Welfare Officer, Pudukottai initiated in Na.Ka.No.1223/A3/2016 to the District Social Welfare Officer, Sivagangai or any other officer equivalent to the rank of the Revenue Divisional officer.
2.The issue between the petitioner and his wife was referred to the District Social Welfare Officer, Pudukottai. Aggrieved over the same the present writ petition is filed by the husband with the above prayer. 3.When the writ petition is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents submits that the 2nd respondent District Social Welfare Officer, Pudukottai had already conducted enquiry and had also filed the report on 26.05.2023.
