PRAYER:Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.07.2016 and directing the respondents to take necessary steps to return the title deeds of Shri.Raj Poultry Farm, Kalladipatti in Account No.30670011040 of the third respondent Bank Branch to the petitioner and made discharge cell receipts before Vadipatti Sub Registrar Office without any further delay.
