Respondents in all WPs Common Prayer : Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned demand notices issued by the fourth respondent society dated 29.10.2018 and quash the same and for a consequential direction to waive the petitioners' agricultural jewel loan-'AGL 124','AGL 125','AJL 126','AJL 118','AGL 138','AJL 121','AGL 122' and 'AGL 133', of Rs.3 lakhs each with interest, penal interest and other charges under the "Agricultural Loan Waiver Scheme" of the Government of Tamil Nadu issued in G.O.(Ms).Nos.50 and 59 Cooperation, Food and Consumer Protection (CC1) Department respectively dated 23.05.2016 and 28.06.2016.
