RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.17686/22 dated 06.10.2022 in the order clause "(b) with out prejudice to their contention in the trail, the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.300000/- to the credit of Cr.No.142/2022" to any other conditon as this Hon'ble Court.
Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SARVAGAN PRABHU S, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17686 of 2022, dated 06.10.2022.
2.This Court by an order dated 06.10.2022 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners with a condition to deposit a sum of Rs.3 lakhs to the credit of Crime No.142 of 2022.

CRL MP(MD) No.12935 of 2022 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that because of the above said condition, they are not in a position to execute the order. Hence, they come forward with this modification petition.
4.Taking into consideration the above facts the condition imposed by this Court directing the petitioners to deposit a sum of Rs.3 lakhs is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- to the credit of Crime No.142 of 2022.
