Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the first respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.

2.This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.599 of 2021.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that the first respondent after enquiry and come to the conclusion that no such occurrence has alleged by the petitioner had taken place and that they propose to file final report to close the case as "Mistake of Fact".
