This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to release and deliver the original register sale deed in Document No.P-40/13, dated 24.05.2013 to the petitioner within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Today(21.02.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs.
