[Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner

dated 19.05.2022 and to complete the trial in the Case/File No. 13689/22/34/2021 pending before the State Human Rights Commission within a time frame.

2. Heard Mr.P.Praveen, petitioner / party-in-person and Mr.F.Deepak, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent.

3. By consent of both sides, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

4. The petitioner filed a petition before the State Human Rights Commission in Case/File No.13689/22/34/2021 for the brutal act of the Sub-Inspector of Police and Special Sub-Inspector of Police attached to Pattukottai Town Police Station and the same is pending without any further action. Hence, he prayed for speedy disposal of the Petition. 5.

Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of petitioner's complaint or the contentions of the petitioner in the Writ Petition or the representation, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to dispose of the Case in File No. 13689 / 22 / 34 / 2021, which is pending before the respondent Commission, in
