2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 5 and 6.

3.Without going into the merits of the case, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated dated 05.09.2018 and pass orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the respondents 5 and 6, within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
