Mr.K.Alagarsamy, Secretary of the writ petitioner Association, who is appearing party-in-person, after some arguments seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition and has made an endorsement to that effect in the case file, but makes a plea that the rights in his personal capacity i.e., personal capacity of Mr.K.Alagarsamy, who is the appellant before the Commission be preserved to file a writ petition regarding this issue. 2.Permitted to withdraw this writ petition preserving the rights of Mr.K.Alagarsamy individually to file a writ petition in his personal capacity.
3.Instant Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the rights of Mr.K.Alagarsamy is preserved in the aforesaid manner. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
