REV.APLC.(MD)No.SR649 of 2017 Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to take appropriate action on the proceedings of the 3rd respondent in O.Mu.A2/5061/2015 dated 01.09.2015 regarding provide adequate buses on contract basis to the petitioner's village in order to facilitate his villagers to participate in the 58th Death Anniversary (Guru Pooja) of Martyr Immanuel Sekaran at Paramakudi on 11.09.2015 thereby provide adequate protection to them.

Hence, this Court has no other option, but to dismiss this petition for non-prosecution.
