[Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.] This civil miscellaneous petition to grant leave to the petitioner to file a writ appeal as third party as against the order passed by the learned Single Judge, dated 12.04.2024 in W.P.(MD) No.12646 of 2021, is allowed and the petitioner is granted leave to prefer a writ appeal as third party as against the said order, however, subject to the condition that the petitioner herein, if fails in the present writ appeal, will be denied the opportunity to challenge the order rejecting the proposal submitted by the respondent - School seeking approval for her appointment in any manner.
