[Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.] This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 465 days in the filing the above writ appeal.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the condone delay application and this Court, by an order dated 29.01.2026 in C.M.P.(MD) No.14340 of 2025, has granted leave to the petitioner herein to prefer a third party writ appeal. Hence, we are inclined to condone the delay.

3. Accordingly, this civil miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 465 days in filing the above writ appeal is condoned.
