This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl OP(MD) No.12510/2025 dated 31.07.2025

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and also taking note of the reasons assigned by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify condition No.6(c) of the order imposed by this Court, in Crl OP(MD) No.12510/2025 dated 31.07.2025, as follows: 'the petitioner / 4th petitioner / 4th accused is directed to report before the Inspector of Police, Allinagaram Police Station, weekly once, i.e., on every Sunday at 10.00 am., until further orders'.
