O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 respondents to produce the petitioner's son by namely Malaisamy aged about 19 years before this Court and hand over him to the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) for the respondent.

3. On the complaint lodged by the petitioner an First Information Report, in Crime No.137 of 2019, has been filed under 'man missing' and on investigation it revealed that the son of the petitioner viz., Malaisamy, aged about 19 years, had eloped with the wife of the fourth respondent viz., Jegatheeswari, aged about 25 years, and whereabouts are not known.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the third respondent is directed to conduct investigation in Crime No.137 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15957 of 2019 2019 and complete the same within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
