This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 2949 days in paying the deficit Court of Rs.25,400/- in the appeal in CMA.(MD).SR.No.30014 of 2017 preferred as against the judgment and decree passed in MCOP.No.135 of 2014 dated 06.04.2017 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tanjore, Kumbakonam.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. Considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and delay is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the petition if it is otherwise in order and after numbering, post the same for admission on 22.06.2026.
