ORDER

The petitioner seeks transfer of H.M.O.P.No.34 of 2019 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Tiruchendur, Thoothukudi District to the file of the Sub Court, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District, on the ground of convenience.

2.The husband is a resident of Edachivilai, Sattankulam Taluk, Thoothukudi District. He has also stated that he is working as a Postman. Considering the distance between the abodes of the petitioner, the respondent and the Sub Court, Nagercoil, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent would submit that in the interest of the parties, H.M.O.P.No.34 of 2019 may be transferred to the Sub Court, Vallioor, Tirunelveli District. 3.Considering the said request, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the petition in H.M.O.P.No.34 of 2019 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Tiruchendur, Thoothukudi District, is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Sub Court, Vallioor, Tirunelveli District. The learned Subordinate Judge, Tiruchendur, Thoothukudi District is directed to transmit the entire records in H.M.O.P.No.34 of 2019 to the Sub https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
