Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.P.SARAVANAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.KOSHORE, Advocate for the Respondents 1 to 3 and MR.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent No.4 , the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the Defecto complainant seeking cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the accused 1 to 3 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8069 of 2024.
2. The respondents 1 to 3 herein have approached this Court by way of filing a petition in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8069 of 2024 seeking anticipatory bail in a matrimonial dispute. This Court, by order dated 04.06.2024 referred the matter for Mediation and also appointed an Advocate Mr.G.Thiruvarutselvan as Mediator. The Mediator filed a report that both the parties have agreed for reunion. Recording the same, this Court, by order dated 20.06.2024, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
3. Now, the defacto complainant has filed this petition that during the mediation, the petitioners gave an undertaking that they would return her certificates, but, they have not returned the same. Therefore, the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners needs to be cancelled. However, there is no such reference in the earlier order dated 20.06.2024. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
