ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.9136 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.(MD).No.877 of 2025, dated 17.07.2025.

2.Heard Mr.R.Pon Karthikeyan learned counsel for petitioner.

3. There is no representation on the side of respondent.

4. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court, dated 17.07.2025, regularly.

5. Since the condition imposed upon petitioner by this Court has been complied with, the condition No.7(iii) imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.9136 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.(MD).No.877 of 2025, dated 17.07.2025 is modified as follows:- "Petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruchirappalli, on the first working day of every English Calendar month, commencing from January, 2026, at 10.30 a.m., until further orders."

6. With the aforesaid modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.

7. Registry is directed to list the main Criminal Revision Case after three weeks.
