ORDER

This Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondent herein for committing contempt by making wilful and deliberate misleading false statement before this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.12179 of 2022 in Crime No.300 of 2009 on 07.07.2022.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that only interim report could be filed by the respondent.

3. The respondent is directed to comply the order passed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.12179 of 2022 in Crime No.300 of 2009 on 07.07.2022 properly within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and report compliance to this Court.
